Sir Pizza Smyrna

I ordered a Pizza for the first time from Sir Pizza in Smyrna TN. I should have been worried when the manager told me she would have to call me back to take my order. She called back 5 mins later to take the order and said it would take 45 min to 1 hour for delivery. No problem, it was late and I was hungry and had a taste for pizza. Well after 1 hour when the pizza didn't arrive, I called and asked for the status. The manager told me she would arrive shortly. She arrived 10 minutes later to tell me that the pizza was missing the edge because it was caught in the oven. The driver told me they would give me $3 off my next order. I said "NO!" Call you manager and tell her to give me half off and we will call it a day. The manager refused and said she would give me $3 off. I was pretty upset. I told her that I waited over an hour for a crappy pizza and she was unwilling to work with me. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend the Smyrna Sir Pizza. I have visited their store and the service is no better.
